Macquarie Park Village, Corner of Herring and Epping Roads Macquarie Park
Macquarie Park Village ("MPV") is a residential mixed use urban village currently being developed by Stamford Land Corporation Limited at the corner of Herring and Epping Roads Macquarie Park.
When completed, MPV will encompass 700 residential apartments and over 1000 sqm of mixed use retail commercial space.
MPV is configured as seven tower blocks over a podium and basement car park. The seven towers are named after the capital cities of Australia, namely Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin and Brisbane.
The completed Macquarie Park Village will hold its place as a landmark development within the Macquarie Park precinct of Sydney. Macquarie Park is a major business hub and contains the sub regional Macquarie Shopping Centre and also Macquarie University.
A premium selection of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments on the 15 to 25 levels of The Melbourne tower is launched in mid-May 2018. These upscale units feature high end finishes, Miele appliances and Caesarstone benchtops and splashbacks.
MPV is a finalist in 2 categories of the prestigious 2019 Urban Development Institute of Australia NSW Awards for Excellence – a) Masterplanned Communities and b) Excellence in High-Density Development: Part of a Masterplan.
